Once Vitamin E was the main skincare ingredient that was exaggerated to be the skin wonder cure. Why should i use it and the benefits?

Vitamin E is commonly known for its antioxidant benefits that protect cells from free radicals such as polluted air, radiation and peroxides. Skins cells need to be protected by antioxidants other wise damage can occur through the body’s system and lead to many diseases.

It is known for aiding skin conditions and has been successful for some people with acne as long as you use a small amount of oil, it also can cause more break outs on others. The moisturizing oil I definitely recommend as the best i've used.

One of the problems is causing inflammation therefore leading to break outs, acne, red itchy skin and increasing the exposure of your scars.

 

My experience vitamin e oil is one of the best moisturizes especially compared to most creams, just be careful when applying to the face use a small amount and keep a eye on how your skin reacts to it.
